  1. Umn bad idea for the pain med only when you can't take it any longer, you need to be comfortable while recovering. Waiting until your in pain to take the meds umn no no. I'm a registered nurse and people wait to long to take meds then can't control there pain and come in to ER, trust me I know I work in a ER.
  2. It's that way for awhile the decreaed calorie intake, major surgery. I didn't feel like myself for a good 2 months if not longer. Just take it easy until ya feel like yourself, body's way of telling ya to relax.

  4. I am almost 6 months out and can enjoy food again, I know how you guys feel though I felt the same way. Eating for the first few months seems like a chore and just isn't what it used to be which is a good thing. It will get better I promise just focus on healing and making good choices. You soon find what ya can and cant tolerate, which is different for everyone.
  5. My doc said no ab exercises like crunches or strengthening exercise on abs for 3 months due to hernias after surgery from incision sites .

I was the same way at first no nausea then after 3 month started having it and got meds from my doc and it really helped , then started having nausea and and pain whenever I ate and doc said I prob have an ulcer so took meds for that and man did it help, talk with your doc that's what they get paid for

  24. I'm down 75 pounds and getting saggy skin I'm 27 and have always had problems with my skin not being elastic have the stretch marks to prove it. I figured I would rather have saggy skin then having the fat that filled it. When I'm older and after having all my kids will think about plastic surgery.
