Pouch Bigger?

So, here's a concern am having. After my five week weigh in, my doctor advised me to increase my calorie intake to a minimum of 800 the days I work out and 600 otherwise. I've been trying hard to follow this closely, and I think it's working because I lost almost 5 lbs in a week.

My concern is my pouch. Will it grow bigger becauase I snack on greek yogurt and low calorie chips? Am terrified

For my regular meals, I still havw the same amounts with more Protein in.

So?

I think you're fine....they know what they need you to do. I eat 6 small meals/snacks a day consisting of about 3 oz and I have lost consistently got 15 weeks. You'll be ok.

Your pouch needs to stretch when u eat. Thats suppose to help signal brain to be full as long as u have protein. I do go over800 and its fine rem u do lose calories all day and when u sleep plus afyer a point its best to lose little slower im 6 months out
