I started losing weight b 4 surgery with the gb program and had lost 90lbs b 4. Now a total of 146 lbs. How are you doing?

I had an easier time getting in my Protein when I was on the shakes. Now I just bately get in 60grams. How bout u?

I'm not getting close to 60 and I am suppose to get 71-89 gms daily I get 48 maybe. The shakes make me sick I am switching to Isopure today hopefully that will help. I will figure it out.
