You look great! How long did it take for you to start jogging, running after your surgery?

Congratulations! I'm 8 days post op and 15 lbs down...but they haven't moved me to the pureed stage yet. I have to wait one more week for that.

The puréed phase is nice. My advice is the 4 oz zip lock containers. Fill them half t 3/4 full and that is pretty much all you can eat. You will know when you reach that point, I found out tonight. I went to take another bite and instantly knew if I did it wasn't going to be pretty. Good luck with your next phase.

How far out are you from surgery.

I used to do 5k's a couple times a year. My goal long term is a half marathon.

Try Against all Grain, its a Paleo cookbook one of my coworkers bought and she has made a few things. They are fantastic and healthy.

Right there with you. My surgery is Sept 17th. I switched a few weeks ago to half liquid and half lean and green diet a couple weeks ago and dropped 8 lbs.
