9 month Anniversary today! 112 pounds lost!

blogs/blog-0002191001380224011.jpg

What an incredible journey so far! Today is the 9 month Anniversary of my surgery, and I am in the best shape of my life!! I feel great and I am keepin' on keepin' on. I can wear belts, now. Wooooohooooo! I am blown away with how easy things are for me physically, now that I have lost a super model (actually, they weigh less than 112, so I've lost a super model and a toddler). :) The benefits of my weight loss are too many to list, and I am so very thankful I made this decision to LIVE!!!

I am doing my very best to make the right food choices, and I am staying active. I am looking forward to what life has in store for me.

Thanks for listening!

You look incredible! Congrats. Just wondering (since I'm a newbie) what you eat at nine months out? Are your meals more "normal"? I feel like a fish out of water right now. I'm only over 3 weeks out, but feel like I made a bad decision. Can u give me any insight into how u progressed throughout these 9 months? Thx!

Even though I will have surgery on Nov 13... It would seem that eating normal is not for our future.. Should we not keep the pouch small..we can add more calorie dense food to maintain but to go back eating let us say 8 oz of food would stress our sleeve and we would be back to square one. Is this how it works once u r at maintenance. Comments please!!!
