  1. Yes had a gain and five week stall. So frustrating! But just keep doing the right things and keeping the faith.
  2. I'm doing great down 32 and been working out hard since week two. I eat mostly chicken or tuna. I have started eating small amounts of salads too. I try different things though I can't eat much of anything and that's wonderful. Enjoying the journey for sure.
  3. You are going to be so thrilled. Best wishes!
  4. Totally normal. Best wishes and congrats. You got this!
  5. Great job, I was sleeved 1/25 and life is so much better these days!
  6. Thanks for asking. It seems better. Hope others with issues are better too!
  7. Fun thread. I plan to go to the gum everyday and walk the dog a few miles a day. I want yo swim but giving my incision a bit more time since it's acting up. Let's get there everybody.
  8. Me! Two pounds to go! I thought I was going to hit it really fast then a gain and stall hit. Praying I hit it this week! It's a big goal for me, then 175 because I will no longer be obese!
  9. Welcome and enjoy the journey.
  10. Congrats I bet that feels wonderful!
  11. I just wanted to say hang in there ai have been there and was so frustrated. I gained six pounds at about 2/3 weeks out and stalled for weeks. I finally relost that weight and now three more pounds. I was beginning to think I was never going to lose again. Thankfully I don't have the option to wrote because I felt like I wanted to do so. I'm praying my gaining days are just do to adding good back food and that the losing can continue. Just keep doing the right things. I know how frustrating this is, but you aren't going to fail even though it feels like it. I was dreading people asking my how much I lost and I had to say nothing or worse I gained for give weeks! Don't give up.
  12. Welcome back and congrats on titer new date. I wasn't here before, but I'm here now and you have my full support. Best wishes!
  13. Hang in there. Tomorrow will be better.
  14. Congrats and Welcome! Best Wishes.
  15. At seven weeks I still can't tolerate plain water for some reason.
  16. Tums helped me. Make sure you are getting your fluids in too. If the nausea is really bad your dr can give you a prescription for something like reglan.
  17. How does it hurt? Do you think it is gas pain? I found at this stage warm broth was the easiest to tolerate. I agree with the gasx and heating pad. It gets better soon. Hope you feel better soon.
  18. Thanks. Nothing sticking out and this is an incision that tore open at the hospital. I'll let you know. So far it has just been bleeding a bit.
  19. It's dark purple and I just noticed today when it started leaking pus and blood, gross I know. Then it bled for a bit and is now a small open pin hole. I have heard of that with the stitches. My dr is closed today so I may have to call tomorrow. Just seemed late to me to have this issue.
  20. I'm in the same boat and so frustrated. But not like I have an option at this point. Just have to keep going and I guess be glad I'm not gaining.
  21. I have one small incision that seems infected now. I'm wondering if I should just put Neosporin on it or if I need to contact the dr. It seems late to have this issue. It's one small hole that is the issue. Thoughts?
  22. Prayers sent for good results and health.
