  1. I missed it, but sorry you are feeling hurt. Hugs.
  2. How wonderful! and congrats on hitting the 100 mark! I can't wait to post big numbers too!
  3. Is that 30# post surgery? Either way yay! I'm one week post op and gained ten pounds in Fluid the day after but over all am down 22 total since pre op.
  4. How long are you all on clear liquids, then how long on full? I was told two days clear but it's a week out and I'm still doing it because I don't feel ready though I added protein shakes. Do for me one week out I'm doing broth, tea, isopure, water and protein shakes. I have zero real hunger and occasional head hunger but it's getting better. There are so many food ads!
  5. That is exactly how I feel.
  6. So sorry to hear this. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
  7. I was but I think it was mostly because I was mentally worn out. I was a touch nervous and very obsessed. I had trouble focusing on anything else. Best wishes and wishing him a speedy recovery.
  8. I'm only almost a week out, but I don't feel deprived. Mostly because I have zero hunger, but secondly because I feel amazingly blessed to have this real chance for permanent change. I'm filled with excitement everyday.
  9. I think most are like this unless the surgery is excluded. Mine had to be medically necessary and be 40 or over for five years or 35 with two other major issues. You should be ok I hope. Best wishes.
  10. Congrats, sliding down the loser's bench.
  11. Big congrats a great goal I can't wait to join you one day!
  12. Mine required a five year weight history but no supervised weight loss. I have bcbs.
  13. I agree I was starving going in to surgery, but four days out zero hunger. Prayers for a smooth surgery and recovery.
  14. I am four days out too. I am having trouble getting the liquid and protein in each day. I have been able to take long walks though. Best wishes on your journey.
  15. This makes me feel a lot better. I don't have a drain and still feel very swollen and bloated. I am almost back to my pre surgical weight and was sleeved the 25th. It's frustrating to have nothing but a little fluid and not see weight loss yet, but know it will come. I'm still pretty sore as well.
  16. I also feel like I'll never get in enough fluid and protein. It's a full time job. I am able to get down one shake a day and chicken broth goes down easily. I haven't started back on all my vitamins yet have you? Do you swallow any? Can I chew my chewables well at this point?
  17. I had two csecs and the recovery from those were much worse I think. Though for some reason at day three post op my pain increased. But overall much easier than a c sec.
  18. Congrats we are very close in dates. Hope you are feeling better.
  19. Thank you. I'm freaking out a bit as I worked so hard to lose twenty prior to surgery and gained ten literally overnight. It's still slowly coming back off. I wasn't going to weigh myself, but well I did, lol. Maybe I'll wait a few days before I do it again.
  20. I was only there for 24 hours but was given about six bags of fluid and had very little output. I gained almost ten pounds in that day did this happen to anybody else and how long until it goes away. I feel very swollen still.
  21. Congrats sleeve sister! I'm doing great too. The leak test wasn't pleasant but glad it went well. I'm getting ready for another walk here soon. In waiting for my surgeon to get here so I can head home. Glad you are doing well too.
  22. Thanks Diva honored to join you all! My surgery went picture perfect. Woke up with a bit of nausea they have me meds for and it immediately went away. I was in pain but they gave me some meds anger I was fine. Really not too much pain just really sore belly and the gas issues but again not too bad. I got very nervous that last day, but it couldn't have gone smoother. Hopefully I will be discharged tonight and I do feel ready to go home. You'll do great!
