  1. Best wishes the pre op diet is the worst. I had surgery yesterday and am sore but not hungry anymore at all. Much easier to do post op. Hang in there your turn is coming! No regrets here.
  2. Surgery went super smooth and feeling great! Do excited. Thanks for the good thoughts and prayers. Thinking of you all sleeve sisters!
  3. Waiting to go back, nerves are in full force.
  4. I had a cup of broth, one popsicle and lots of Water. I think I'm getting nervous. I'm the third surgery so hoping I don't get pushed back. My doctor doesn't do the magnesium I'm wondering if all the rest do? It's nice to have a group of us on the same day! We can do this. How long is everybody on clears after? Are you all in for just one night? Thinking of you all. Best wishes. See you on the other side sleeve sisters! We can do this! Thanks for the support from you professions too
  5. I'm right with you and have surgery tomorrow at 11:30 so I will be very thirsty and hungry by then. Best wishes to you tomorrow!
  6. Thanks again. Congrats to you all for your loss so far! Did you fear that ity might not work for you ever? I have a thyroid issue to that will be addressed after a little bit off healing as I have had it a long time and fairly mild, but I worry it won't help. Just went out and brought home a million pounds of liquids. I have until midnight to drink then surgery at 1130 tomorrow. So excited to get to the other side.
  7. Thanks for the support for the first time I'm starting to get nervous and I'm hearing from people it's not too late to cancel. I don't want to cancel. I want to do this with every fiber of my being, but getting scared too.
  8. Thanks those are what I'm talking about the crystal light looking ones with 40 grams. Tomorrow morning is my surgery and I have one day on just clears and a week after too. I probably won't drink it unless I'm really hungry. Thanks.
  9. Is Isopure and Isopure plus the pre made bottles ok to drink on clear liquid day? Thanks in advance.
  10. Hi! How are you healing? I'm happy everybody seems to be doing well. I think this board has saved my sanity and my families. I can't wait to join the January sleevers. I was supposed to be at the end of December so the delay had felt like forever. It feels crazy that I have only one more full day. I'm trying to keep my expectations realistic. I've always been a slow loser and expect that may not change. I have to fight away the thoughts that this too will be a failed attempt. Just enjoying every part of the journey and staying positive and keeping things in perspective. I'm so excited to get on with the rest of my life. I can't wait to get off the sidelines of my life and actually play again. I feel so blessed to have found what I pray is the answer to my prayers and hope to help and mentor others through the process. I've already learned so much about myself and am continuing to figure out why I do the things I do. Learning to eat to live, and divorce myself from food being a part of everything. Those of you newly sleeved, sending healing thoughts. Those sleeve sisters getting sleeved with me this week special prayers for us all. I'm excited to have so many folks to share our journeys together. It's not going to be easy, but life as we know it pre sleeved isn't so hot either. Let's get healthy. Thanks for the support!

  20. I'm on the 25th and I'm feeling the same way. It's nice to see others going through the same journey. I am having a very hard time thinking about anything else. I feel bad that I'm so obsessed with this, but I spend so much time thinking and preparing for this day. Best wishes to you all!
  21. I had a forty dollar co pay for the psych that was part of the practice. And the nutritionist was $100 but I owed $70 after insurance. I have a high deductible plan and hadn't met it yet.
  22. So wonderful I love all these success stories!
