  2. If your new to going to the gym...I'm pretty sure you gym has trainers there. I really suggest taken a few sessions with one. And let them know that you want to add weight training along with your cardio workout. I know it can be intimidating at first, there's a lot to learn about which body groups to work together and what machines work those groups...if you just started the gym your gym provides a 1 hour free session with a trainer. Good luck
  3. To be totally honest I don't keep track anymore...I know my protein intake is a hell of a lot higher then my carbs and fat intake. I know lifting, cardio and water is the reasons my skin rebounded the way it did. But everyone is different....it takes an obsession to get the results I did. I started off doing 2 a days at the gym 6 to 7 days a week. I'm now on a regular routine Mon. Wed. Fri. I do weights. Tues. thurs. sat. I do cardio and I take sun. Off. Remember cardio burns calories weight lifting and building muscle speeds up your metabolism DO NOT NEGLECT WEIGHTS...even if your a woman...women you can't lift enough weights to start looking like a muscled freak...I promise !

  11. I guess I'm one of them few where it's affected my marriage...I have always had a big head my wiifm says it got bigger. She thinks I have a girlfriend which I don't. But she keeps pushing and asking I may as well get one (I'm just kidding). I have become a little less tolerant of our fights and how I am treated I want and expect more now. There is a lot of outside the relationship distractions i have been getting a lot of attention from other ladies nothing I have or will act on but it's there and the wife has picked up on it and she doesn't like it which she has all rights not to. But I can see a really big change in the both of us she loves me healthier but for the sake of us I think she. Would like me still heavy.
  12. Thank you...you all have very great advice and we have a long road ahead of us. I don't want to loose my wife and along with that I don't want to be treated like I did something wrong now because I on the outside look different then when we first started pu life together. I think that's also what she does t understNd is that I'm the same guy on the inside And her insecurities is hurting that man
