  1. I need some tips from you experts! I still am not exactly sure what to expect at this point. I felt fairly well my first week after surgery. I also had a hernia repair which seems to have helped with heartburn. I am doing exactly what I am supposed to from the guidelines, but seem to be increasingly nauseated and not losing weight. Since my initial pre-op doet, I have lost 23 pounds. Does anyone have any tips on helping ealry nausea and stalls on weight loss? THANKS SO MUCH! YOU ALL INSPIRE ME! JULIA SURGERY (02/27/12)
  2. Do you mind me asking how many weeks pre-op did it take you to lose 20 pounds? I am entering into my preop weight loss time period and am nervous. How many weeks did you drink only Protein Meal Replacements? Thanks a bunch!
  3. Thank you, Patti, for being so optimistic just out of the hospital. Makes me less nervous towards getting sleeved next month....good luck! I look forward to hearing about all of your success to come!
  4. Yep! There it is! :bigear:
  5. I am following the directions you all gave above, and now I want to see if I can see my TICKER!
  6. I am beginning my pre-op protein shake diet soon and I have noticed most people around me still encourage me to eat junk! Hang in there. I am right there with you!
