Do you mind me asking how many weeks pre-op did it take you to lose 20 pounds? I am entering into my preop weight loss time period and am nervous. How many weeks did you drink only Protein Meal Replacements?

Thanks a bunch!

Hi, no I don't mind. I started on Dec 6th. I did 5 days of 4 a day meal replacement. Shakes. Then and since I have a shake in am asmall protein snack mid am I usually don't have this. Then a frozen box under 350 calories. A afternoon protein snack. I have soynuts or protein shake. Then another box for supper. I try to match my box with what I cook for supper for my family. It helps noy to feel so left out. Then a protein bar for snack. I only eat it if I'm really hungry. We have wing bite on Friday bites. So I found a calories counter app. And found what I can eat under 400 calories. I also walk a lot. Not everyday but atleast every other day. It was hard at first. But its so worth it when the scale starts dropping. If I can do it everyone can. Just keep your eye on the pride. Oh, lots and lots of water. Get Mois they are no calories water additive. They help flavor the water so its not so boring.good luck and if u have any questions just message me.
