  1. I get hungry every 2-3 hours too
  2. I was cleared to drink at one month post op. I was thrilled to gave my wine back!
  3. My NUT said caffeinated coffee is fine. I have been drinking it every day since I was 3 weeks post op. Heaven!
  4. I am 10 weeks out and I eat 600 a day. Some easy swaps for you are dannon light and fit Greek it's only 80 calories and. 12 grams protein.
  5. My surgery has cost me about 5500 out of pocket. My insurance paid 30k to the hospital and 15k to the dr. Insanity!

  8. Eating one slice of pizza on occasion is not going to sabotage your weight loss. I am a big proponent of nothing being off limits as long as its in moderation. I am so glad you enjoyed it, I am going to have a slice tomorrow!
  9. I chew gum all the time. My nut and dr are fine with it. I started out chewing if 2 weeks post op.

  11. The pain after surgery was WAY worse than I expected. I have a high pain tolerance, I had 2 c-sections, but this was just wow. I had no gas pains though. Other than the first 10 days or so, the whole experience was easier than I expected. At 7 weeks post op, I feel great. Even with the pain, I would do it again! :-)
  12. I am 5.5 weeks post op. I don't get drunk easier. I like wine and enjoy a few glasses a week.
  13. If you've been told to stay on liquids why are you eating chicken?
  14. I was nauseas the first day after surgery. I am now 6 weeks post op and have not had any since.
  15. Sleeved 1-31 I lost 12 lbs pre op 24 post op No stalls, yet
  16. My sleeve did not like them until 4 weeks out. Now no rumbling or heavy feeling. Give it a few weeks.
  17. I drink wine. I just make sure to drink it after I have had all my protein and water and that I have the calories left.
  18. I am hungry too. No difference from before surgery. But I clearly get full faster.
  19. I gained 10 lbs in the hospital. So week one I lost those 10 plus 2 real ones. It sucks but my second week was awesome
  20. I was sleeved on 1/31 I am down 35 including pre op. I feel great. Energy is back to normal, I was just cleared for all foods. I had a glass of wine over the weekend and it was heavenly! I am hungry s lot. My Nut said to increase my portions so I will on softer foods.
  21. No, wouldn't have. My hospital billed my insurance 35,000. I hAve to pay 3600. My anesthesia bill was 4000 I have to pay 448. Random drs were another few hundred and none of that includes my surgeon.
  22. Oh and I my NUT is fine with caffeine. I drink coffee in the am in the afternoon if I need it. Also, I am hungry all the time. It sucks.
