  1. I have 3 kids aged 6, 6 and 5. All have autism. I need to live as long as possible.
  2. I weigh when I wake up and when I go to bed. It works for me. I don't stress the scale
  3. I had 2 c-sections and I have a high pain tolerance. The sleeve was 1000% worse.
  4. My plan is very different then yours. The only thing my nut said was to hit 60 grams of Protein a day and to drink 8 glasses of Water. That's what I do, and I am 19 lbs from goal in 8.5 months. Also I am supposed to eat 3 meals and 2-3 Snacks a day.

  10. I an 7.5 months post op. I am drinking wine as I respond. I was told to wait 1 month before I drank alcohol. I drink wine 5 nights a week, I always have. I drink a glass or 2 of white. I have lost 99lbs in 7 months. I am 14 lbs from goal.
  11. I am 7 months out. I track every day. It keeps me accountable.
  12. I think I will hit 100lbs this week when I weigh in. Surgery 1/31.
  13. I weigh myself in the morning and at night. It keeps me honest.
  14. I eat carbs. This is a new life not a diet to me. I don't crave them, but I do enjoy a slice of pizza or a bialy from time to time.

  16. Early on I too would sneeze when full. Now I can just feel it.
  17. I was cleared for wine at 1 month post op. I drink white wine regularly. I had pizza at 3 months post op. I can eat one slice max.
  18. My dr cleared me for alcohol at 1 month post op.
  19. Congrats! I am close to onederland and I can't wait to get there!
  20. I was cleared for booze at a month post op. I drink wine as my drink of choice. When out, vodka and cranberry. It effects me same as it did before. Have a drink and enjoy!
  21. I am down 91lbs. My feet are the same.
  22. My only stall was for one week at 5 months post op.
  23. I have 3 kids with asd. It definitely affects our sex life. I suspect him coming home after being away so long and seeing his son is making him relive the diagnosis and emotions. Keep talking, keep trying. Communication is key.
