Morning Coffee

I've been playing up & down with the same pound for 2 weeks. The only thing different in my life is the cup of coffee I allow myself in the mornings. Do you think one cup of coffee could make that much difference?

I don't see why. Coffee if zero calories and if you are drinking decaf it is even better for youl

No, not decaf....I should have been more clear. Could it be the caffeine?

Coffee is okay and shouldn't affect the weight. It's what you put in the coffee that could. LOL

Black coffee, no extras

No, its not the coffee. I hope the scale moves again soon!!
