I try to do one day of just liquids. Protein shakes, unsweetened juice, Water. I'm full all day after that!

I'm hungry about every 3 hours....3 weeks post op

Yes for me that's pretty normal. I'm hungry every 2-3 hours. BUT and this is a big BUT for me...just a few bites is enough for me to feel full. So even eating that often I'm still only getting about 800 calories which is WAY WAY less than I've ever been able to do before. Oh, I'm 6 weeks out

I am 4 months post op and I have been hungry from like day 4 on. I eat every 2-3 hours. Sometimes longer if I am really busy. glad I am not alone.

I get hungry every 2-3 hours too

No, I am not liking this thread either. LOL

Same boat as you guys! Always hungry

Ditto, except I'm 9 weeks out.

I get physically hungry when I don't eat on a regular schedule or get enough protein. SIPPING water helps with the PH. Emotional hunger is a different story. I do much better when I plan distractions to keep my mind busy.

Yes like you I am full immediately!!! I try to make sure that what I'm eating is lean and full of protein--NO JUNK!!! I've been averaging 800-1000 calories per day (if even that). I really asked because they acted like the urge to eat would NEVER come back!!!
