  6. I am almost 5 months out and just started having a small amount of skinny pop popcorn. Maybe 1 cup but not daily. I know that I have to be careful. I am down 65lbs as of today.
  7. I can eat like 2 cups at a time and love it. Still losing weight. I have it about once a day. I am 3.5m out.
  8. I am downriver. Brownstown. Had my sleeve done 3.18.13 by dr Kharbulti (wyandotte).
  9. Power crunch ROCK. almost like eating wafers. The chocolate peanut butter taste like a butterfinger bar.
  10. I have had them too. Yesterday was a really bad day for them. I took blood pressure and all was good. I get in all my protein and vitamins- wondering if maybe dehydration. I worked all weekend shooting weddings (photog) and am sure I didn't stay hydrated enough for those.
  11. I ate some chicken/broccoli at 6 weeks post op and I was in horrible pain and threw up violently. Each person is different. Just baby steps. Most things I enjoyed before font taste as good as they once did. Honestly- I now (at 12 weeks) crave clean foods. Watermelon is my biggest crave.
  12. Mine took about a month to feel better. I am 10 weeks out and still have the mark where the IV was.
  13. Sleeved 3/18 going through same thing. Lost 45lbs and scale hasn't budged in 2 weeks.
  14. I did diet pop until the day before surgery. If I went through withdrawal it was while I was in the hospital for 3 days and pain meds must have shielded it. I haven't even wanted any since- its been 8 weeks and I don't miss it.
  15. Had to do 6 months documented weight loss visits with forms filled out by doc, psych evaluation and attend a orientation. I was 39 BMI with apnea, high blood pressure and pre-diabetes.
  16. I stalled at 2 weeks for about 2 weeks then it came off at about a pound a day. Just try to remember almost all of us go through this. HUGS!
