  2. Feeling a little better. I was worried and getting on the scale every day I bet dosent help.
  3. I was sleeves 3/26/2013 and have lost 50 lbs, but in the last two weeks I haven't lost a pound. I was wondering is this common, or has anyone else had this problem?

  7. Look to the positives after surgery to help relieve the anxiety. Once your at the hospital they can give you something to relax you.

  13. What to go, we cannot deprive ourselves but we have to know when enough is enough.
  14. I started using Slim Fast low carb, it has 20gm protein and 2 gm carbs per 10oz bottle.
  15. Congratulations on making it through! I'm with you I believe it was the best decision I made. How long ago was you sleeved?
  16. I got egg drop soup from the local Chinese and hit it with my stick blender and it was great! The ham was the hardest thing for me, o and the chocolate!

  18. It wasn't to bad making it through the day. I think the good ole nurse kicks in and inthinknog the complications and just walk off.
  19. My first was 4 days post op. my doctor told me if nothing by day 5 take docusate to get things moving.
