  1. The cauliflower pizza crust sounds good. I will try it! It's fabulous that y'all are lucky to have a great system in place with being sleeved so close together! Good luck!
  2. My PCP suggested the surgery for me. She is so anti-diet pills and I told her how much of a failure I have been on diets. I was sleeved within 2 months! Good Luck!
  3. I'm glad you posted this. I am stalled and at 4 weeks Wednesday. I'm trying to be patient but.......
  4. My most recent was just a couple of months ago. I live in Texas and LOVE to country western dance. It's not a big deal to 2 step with someone. It doesn't mean you are going home with them. Anyways, I was at a honkey tonk with 4 very pretty, skinny friends and this very unattractive guy approached our group and all but begged each girl to dance with him. When he got to me, he looked at me and turned and walk away. It hurt and ruined my night! Uggh!
  5. Doesn't it make you feel so good???
  6. I ran out of bandage one night and I tucked my bulb under my boob and it was ok till morning. I held a clean tshirt close to it when I moved to avoid the gunk getting on anything. You will be okay. Especially if it comes out Tuesday!
  7. I will get easier and better. I am almost 4 weeks out and I think my healing is finally happening! Don't lose steam! You got this!
  8. I too found this forum so helpful, inspiring, informative and amazing! Just knowing so many people have been there and are so willing to gve their advice is great!
  9. That is fabulous!! I am going to Universal on the 1st of August and a little nervous! I am almost 4 weeks out and only lost 35lbs so far.
  10. I would do some bad things for a slice of pizza right now!!
  11. I am down 35 lbs if you include my pre-op diet. I am 3.5 weeks out.

I feel the same way! I am also stalled on the scale at only 3 weeks out so I am all over the place.
  13. I agree with Dooter. Everyone is different. I am worried about it but I will deal with it as it comes along. Good luck!!!
  14. Thanks for sharing! I want to try them!
  15. I understand the male dominated situation. The next time he makes a comment like that simply smile and say, "So when will your mom be here to sing?". I know it seems juvenile but it will shut him up out of shock that you can be just as much of a smart a*&!
  16. I will say a prayer and it will done and over before you realize what happened!!!! Happy Walking!!!
  17. Thank you for sharing! Your story is very encouraging for us newly sleevers who are stressing the scale!! Congrats!!!
  18. I think its the whole being hungry in an hour thing.
  19. I am 3 weeks post-op and I was just curious about how long y'all eat after you get "full" and how much at a time are you eating? I feel like I can eat more than I should be able to.
  20. I use the Special K brand and it has protein in it. They are singles that you can carry anywhere. I found them in the diet food section...like near the special K bars and slimfast.
  21. I bet this is my problem. I am just so full all the time I only want to drink Water and I still feel thirsty.
  22. I don't recall hearing anything about it while I was in the hospital so I will say no for me.
