    Ok so I know a lot of you don't weigh yourselves more then once a week. I usually weight myself about 3 times a week. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that I am actually losing weight ☺️ So I weighed myself on Friday I weighed the same as I had 2 days before 201... Today I got on the scale just knowing I must of gained after having stuff I should not of had at a party last night. Hey it is the season to celebrate. To my astonishment the scale read 197 whoooohooooo. I have not seen anything under 200 in years. I did a happy dance in the bathroom. I am so happy I took this journey. I'm getting my life back.

    I too joined wonderland in the middle of Christmas week. Such a wonderful surprise. It had been 41 years since I have seen thus number. 35 pounds left to go !!

    I use the Walgreen multi vitamin for 50 plus. I eat enough dairy for the calcium and I take D3 because I am deficient in Vitamin D. You can get sublingual B12 at Walmart for cheap. You don't need any vitamin with iron unless you are iron deficient.

    Dying for soda

    I am 1 1/2 years out. Weighing 114 lbs and I treat myself to 1 diet coke a week. Usually on sunday. I never had a issue Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Stomach stretched back out?

    Hi, I'm not an advanced member but why are you going back to eat again after 1 hour? Try drinking water or taking a walk...the surgery is only a tool and we have to do our part...we are all here because we have a problem with FOOD either overeating/binge eating, stress eating, emotional eating or whatever the case may be. Of course eventually if you keep overeating and then throwing up and going back for more food you will indeed ruin your tool...I suggest getting help from a therapist because it seems like you are slipping back into bad habits...We HAVE to learn to "Eat to live and not Live to eat" We all want you to succeed but you have to do your part like you did in the beginning. You lost weight before so you can do it again. Get some help and take care of yourself. I wish you all the best and we are here for you. ((Hugs))

    Weight Stall Venting

    I was on a stall right before Thanksgiving. I ate really well the week of Thanksgiving thought I gained weight but ended up loosing 5lbs that week. Was on another stall before I went on a cruise for a week December 9 ate really well again thought I gained weight came home weighed myself lost 4 lbs. Seems like when I eat well more calories I loose weight.
