    Eating still hurts 😩

    I was sleeved on March 5 and yes at the beginning is really tough, try having really small bites I also discovered that there are just some food that just dont agree with me anymore anyway talk to your Dr express your concern just to be on the safe side it does get better way better but there are food you won’t be able to handle anymore small price to pay for a new healthy life

    I was watching a YouTube video on a person who gave me a different perspective on stalls. Stalls are the body's way of recalibrating itself. You seem to be doing everything correct. Your body just need time. One of the things that I decided to do is not to have a scale as I think you can become too fixated on the number and held captive by it. You're gonna lose weight.     Some people will be hungry after surgery. Sorry. My team had a recipe for protein hot chocolate for he full liquids stage post op, but check in with your team. CONGRATS and Safe Journey!

    May not be hunger, could possibly be acid reflux? Are you on any medication for a little while to help reduce acid?

    I don't think that skipping meals is going to help you. You're already getting very little calories, which is normal for where you are in the program. I would advise to add more water. You've got this!

    I don't know if this is right for you but I was told that I wasn't eating enough calories and my body was holding onto the fat as it was in starvation mode. I was on about 700 calories a day at that point so I upped it to 900 - 1000 and it broke the stall. In fact I lost 5lbs a few days after, you could try it and see what happens?

    You will be lucky now to lose 2lbs a week. The less your eating the harder it is to lose. Your body is screaming what are you doing to me. Hold on fat hold on. I didn't lose weight for two weeks, I didn't care. I know I am doing what I am supposed to do. Just hold on and it will happen.
