Ok

It seems the that on here there are no taboo's when talking about weight loss

Men discuss the possibility of becoming the next BIG thing in the porn industry and women discuss needing more support in the breast department and so on

However

I have noticed another NSV that seems to have been missed or not suffered by others on here!!!!!

I can now wipe my bum without having to dislocate my shoulder to do it

Wooooo Hooooo

:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

It's nice that even just losing the 18lbs I've lost has made it easier to wipe my own butt without dislocation

LOL.....Not just wiping my friend. I have become flexible enough that I can actually see my coco hole now....Don't ask, just understand I can stretch and twist my body in ways that I never could before I lost the almost 360lbs of mass. But yeah its the little things that we can do now that none WLS (i.e normal weight/ non-overweight) people take for granted.

Well, I don't have "THE BOYS" but my hubby has said I can share some of his NSV'S!!! Because his thighs are so big, they squeeze his BOYS!!! Since he lost 60#'s they are safe now. He also can put his own socks on instead of waiting for me to do it. He can take a shower and use wash clothes instead of a cloth back scrubber. He can get out of the shower without touching the sliding glass doors. His seat belt finally fits him. Life is GREAT!!! More NSV'S coming as he loses more!!!

I often ask my wife to clip my tonails! Lol.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
