I am meeting most of the goals finding a Protein shake/powder I like. Eating slower,ect..

I still have to work on switching to Decaf coffee and food logging.

I am not planning on having surgery until Dec at the absolute earliest if not Feb or March... Which is good because today the NUT informed me they just learned my insurance has a requirement that I meet with her for 3 consecutive months. Duh.. I had an appointment for late August they called me and rescheduled. Isn't it their job to keep that stuff in mind? I have been seeing the NUT since June so if I was in a hurry this would have/should have been my last appointment But I am now at square one. Not sure which I want to work on..food logging..cause that will make me lose weight and I am in the category that I can not or my BMI is to low to quality.

Or do I give up my caffinae coffee that I love? Decisions decisions..

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
