I've been looking for bariatric cookbooks that are cheap but good. I found this one today ... "Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery: Over 140 Delicious Low-Fat High-Protein recipes to Enjoy in the Weeks, Months and Years After Surgery"

Have any of you tried it before?

We dont cook from any special cookbooks, instead we just cook healthy foods that are diabetic friendly, more or less. ( husband is diabetic) We eat alot of lean meats, fruit, salads, veggies etc. If we do have carbs its once a week potatoes or whole grain Pasta with homemade spaghetti sauce. He loves yogurt, eggs and veggies, I dont like them much. I prefer fresh fruit, nuts, a little cheese. ( and sweets, sigh....... my downfall.......)
