February 2014 Sleevers

Recommended Posts

I was sleeved February 18, 2014. I have lost 33 pounds but feel it should be more. I haven't started working out yet due to a few fainting spells I have had but I'm looking forward to starting tomorrow. Please feel free to share some great meal plans and exercising tips.

I was sleeved Feb 24, 2014. I have lost about 42 lbs. I eat mainly Protein, a lot of tilapia because it's quick to cook and eggs of course. I started working out 2 weeks ago and still going. I work out about 4 days a week for an hour. About 25 mins of cardio and the rest I do it's weight lifting. I did have a 2 weeks stall and the weight loss is slowing down but I am okay with that. Good luck!!!

I was on the 19th, and I'm down 55 lbs. I walk 3-5 times a week. I will workout more when I join a gym, I can't depend on michigan weather to cooperate with walking, hah. I don't have any great meals, but I love reading the world according to egg face blog. She has all kinda of bariatric recipes. I eat lots of lunch meats, eggs, tuna, veggie and turkey burgs. As far as exercising, anything more than what you're doing is a great place to start. :)

Thanks ladies! I guess my biggest problem is working out. I'm ready for better results so I guess it's time I start doing more.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
