I kno regular noodles are high in carbs and we are to stay away from them. But what about egg noodles?

Noodles always have eggs in them unless you buy no yolk noodles but there are only 10 calories less in them. So pretty much a noodle is a noodle is a noodle. Here is a list of other types of noodles. http://www.fatsecret...on/food/noodles
