Thankful for my band on Thanksgiving

It was a very different Thanksgiving for me. But, a very good one. With any "diet plan" it would have been very easy to go overboard with my eating. But, my band kept me in check. I had to be very picky about what I ate and the quantities so that I wouldn't get stuck. I ate very differently and because of that, I didn't gain any weight over this holiday. I wore a size 10 that day for the first time I can remember. It was a different but GREAT Thanksgiving for this bandster!

i was worried about thanksgiving an being banded. but i love my band i ate a portion of everything. an did not gain an ounce.i did good i lost 4lbs.over the holiday weekend.

I, too, did well, and honor everyone else who struggled with all the bountiful food. I lost 6 pounds over the holiday but must confess it was because I was a little too tight and got a little unfill yesterday. I am still happy for the loss, though. Now we have to face all the Christmas goodies!!!!!

Thanksgiving was horrible for me. I totally over-indulged. I ate the wrong things and lots of it. I think I did things to beat the band and get it down. I gained two pounds. The good news is that it is gone now and I have lost a couple of more.
