  1. I am 19 months post surgery. I have been lucky enough to have almost everything go right. I hit my sweet spot and goal around the same time about 4 months ago. The problem I started having about 2 weeks ago is that every time I eat, I get a pain in my left side right under my rib cage. I don't have a hard time breathing. I have to wonder if it has something to do with my band since it seems to happen when I eat. Anyone else experience this? Thansk!
  2. It was a very different Thanksgiving for me. But, a very good one. With any "diet plan" it would have been very easy to go overboard with my eating. But, my band kept me in check. I had to be very picky about what I ate and the quantities so that I wouldn't get stuck. I ate very differently and because of that, I didn't gain any weight over this holiday. I wore a size 10 that day for the first time I can remember. It was a different but GREAT Thanksgiving for this bandster!
