HELP! Joining the gym, what can't I do?

Heya, I'm joining the gym on Sat...is there any weights or exercises that I can't do? Shouldn't lift? Do I need tell the instructor that I have the lapband?? Any help greatly appreciated :ohmy:

Hi-

You need to speak with your doc to start physical activity.

You would speak to your dr. if you're really worried but it looks as if you've been banded for six months. You should be ok to do everything.

Check with your doc just to be sure, but there are no limits as far as types of exercises, and the band is no one's business but your own IMO.
