I bought this before my surgery. I was so worried about suggestions on what I would be able to eat. I like to cook, and now that I am 2 months post op, I realize I probably can just wing it, adapting my regular recipes. There are some really interesting recipes, and the advice at the beginning is very helpful. Also, each recipe gives the nutritional breakdown, plus tips on how to adapt it for different WLS, and different post-op stages.

I bought this book, but haven't really used it...but I am having some trouble keeping away from sweets so i need to get back on track. Thank you for reminding me of this book it could be just the thing I need.

I bought this book after my operation and I highly highly recommend it. I have been eating out of it almost every night. I think this is something every person who has the operation should have. I picked it up on Amazon. I cant rave about it enough.
