Banded 1/3/2003 New to the site

I was banded in California 1/3/03 weighing 289 lbs. I got down to 223 stayed there for a few weeks. I then bounced back and forth between 235 and 260 for years. I just had a baby 11 weeks ago. I gained 30 lbs and dropped that 30 within 2 weeks. Now I need to figure out how to get back down to the 220's again... I have always worked out, right now I work out at the YMCA 3 to 4 days a week. I do need a fill, and need to find a Dr. in Nashville that will fill someone they did not do surgery on. I am so sick of being so heavy still after all these years.

Hi Amy, and welcome to the forums. One of the great things about the band is even if you fall off the wagon for a bit, it is there ready to get going again whenever you are.

Have you checked out our local forums for your area? That would be a good place to post that you are looking for a fill doctor in Nashville, hopefully they will be able to help you find one.
