Hi Monica,

I'm 7 days out and I still have some pain. I am having trouble sleeping and being comfortable at night. I think it takes longer for some to work the gas out. I think it is normal.

Gas x strips will be your best friend. I suggest you pick some up, hopefully they will help.

Your pain shouldn't be excrutiating. Make sure you are walking enough..sometimes you need pain meds longer, but if the gas x strips don't work and you are walking enough, please call your doctor. Good luck!!

I thought that was my post for a minute. I had that awful pain in my left shoulder but it didn't show up until day 6. Heating pad worked the best for me. Did you have hernia surgery with it? I was told that was why mine was so bad.Trust us, it will go away.
