BCBS/Anthem Approved the whole family..

Thank you BCBS/Anthem of AZ!!! We all got approved!!! MOM, DAD and SON! We all get a chance at a new life together and can't be more thankful... We got this way together and we are going to fix it together!

Scottsdale Bariatric Center did a great job for all of us... I would recommend them to anyone!

Wish us luck and I hope all that are still waiting, get to have their dream come true also!
