Storage of Smoothies & Protein Shakes

I begin my pre-op diet on the 25th and am trying to plan what I will drink so I can keep some variety. Since I don't want to drink pre-packaged shakes all day at work I thought about bringing smoothies with me to add Protein powder to but I am concerned that in the five hours between getting to work and going to lunch that the smoothie may deteriorate. Does anyone have an storage ideas? Is freezing and thawing an option? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!!!

How about a little insulated cooler bag and one of those blue things that you put in the freezer?

Best wishes with your band.

I love my band!
