Thanks BG I only bought a few things but it was nice to get those smaller pants. My co-workers said my butt isn't at my knees anymore.

JT- You look great!!! Congrats on the smaller pants & shirt. I'm so happy for you!

I'm so glad I signed on today. I'm just giddy with joy for my fellow bunnies. You guys inspire me more than you could ever know. I failed my band at first, truly did everything not to help myself. But now I feel like not only can I work it,but that I AM working it! I can't wait to share my results like JT & BG have. Today is good day a really good day!

My endoscopy went great...everything is the right size/working, just mild reflux damage mainly in the esophagus so they have me starting the Nexium again. It's great to know that everything with my band/pouch is great though...after almost a year I was really curious to find out! Pics of my pouch stoma on Friday's blog if you want to be grossed out LOL!

I saw the doc today and got .5 cc unfill I hope I don't regreat this, in the evenings I've been able to eat more this last week. He was very happy that I lost 22 pounds since I'd last seen him about 8 weeks ago. Hopefully this unfill will allow me to get my Water and help me make sure I get my protien in.

Went to Dr. Yesterday. Decided against the .05 unfill. I just want not to be sick. He wasn't concerned that I'm getting in only half my calories. I go back in 6 weeks. Nut did tell me about a Protein called nectar that I think I might like.

Jerseygirl- Hope the calories are going OK, I hear nectar is good.

I've got gallbladder surgery on Monday (single incision...like it matters now that I have the 5 LB scars lol). Off to Ohio for the weekend in a few min. Have a great weekend all!

I too have been struggling with getting enough calories and especially protein- I a m just not hungry! I just bought a sample pack of the nectar Protein from www.smartbodynutrition.com They had a sample pack of I think 14 flavors for like $15 bucks It came to 22 with shipping. I have heard great things about this being mixed with juice or milk or even Water and by far it is the best tasting so I am eager to try it- Should be delivered this weekend.

I like the nectar -- but also am an Unjury fan - chocolate UNJURY with 1/2 frozen banana, milk and flax seed makes a great shake!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
