  1. Oh wow. Sounds like you guys have had quite a hard time with your bands. That stinks! JT your doctor sounds, um, interesting. Have you thought about other doctors? What are your dr. options?
  2. JT, what did you end up doing? I am back on track and wanting to chat in here more for some accountability. Anyone else around?
  3. So sorry to hear that JayTee. That's gotta be scary. Try to enjoy your cruise!
  4. Glad to see everyone is still around. Sorry to hear that some of you are having problems. Hope they all get worked out! I have been struggling, but will not give up! So question for you guys... what are you favorite protein sources out there? Shakes? Bars? Etc.? With school starting back up I need some easy snacks. TIA!
  5. All of spring break I saw everyone's post showing up in my email. I feel like a big lapband loser. Not sure what to do or how to get losing weight again...
  6. Hey friends! It's been awhile. Pretty frustrated that I haven't been working as hard as a lot of you who look so wonderful. I'd love some words of advice. Thinking I need to get into my doctor to keep a butt kicking. ha ha Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!
  7. JT, how are you feeling? What did the doctor say? I'm back. I am up like 30lbs. since my lowest last March. So here we go! I had that unfill and now I'm going to get some more fill tomorrow. Going to do the 5 day pouch test, so pray I can have willpower and then some! Any of you ever do it before? What am I looking for to see if my pouch is working? I am worried that it's all stretched out.
  8. I am realizing too that it's never probably going to be a perfect fill. Just trying to retrain myself.
  9. Hi friends! It's been awhile... again. I had some more taken out of my band and I am at 7cc in a 10cc band. It feels so much better! I am not throwing up like I was before, which is wonderful. Having said that, I start school tomorrow, so temptations won't be so bad. I am really going to start trying. I see so many people having success and I just feel a lot of disappointment. I have to do this!
  10. Jersey! You look phenomenal! Congrats!
  11. Thanks for posting those! I am going to put them in my phone. I had a great week of eating until the weekend. I was down 6 lbs. in 5 days, which is kickA#$. Then there was a bridal shower and friends over today. BUT tomorrow is a new day! I will be hopping on that scale again in the morning :bolt: Did I tell you guys I am "training" for a 5K in August? That is really helping me with the working out. Have a great week! Thank you for your encouragement!
  12. Hope all went well for you! I started mine when I showed up at the hospital too.
  13. I am going to have to try to put some in my phone. I'd love to hear some more of them!
