Butter Tub Savers

I watched an episode of Dr. Phil {or was it Oprah?} a WHILE back--okay, a long time ago--something about cheapskate spouses. One woman was ragging on her husband because he saved empty butter tubs, etc. for storing leftover, etc. And I thought--hey, what's wrong with that? This is the gist of my poll. {Looks like I made some typos in the poll! Sorry about that! Apparently my attention span isn't too great this evening.}

No, you're not ridiculous. I don't do a lot of leftovers myself. My husband and I bring leftovers home from restuarants and they just end up sitting in the refrigerator and going bad.

Typically, if I bring home leftovers from a restaurant, it is for my husband. He is very antisocial when it comes to dinners out with my family (every family event is around food), so I end up bringing home food for him to eat. Usually my mom will feel so guilty that he wasn't there that she would order something for him. I would let him starve because I figure he should have come with us. I guess that is for another thread though. :op
