Happy Birthday Tracy!!!!!!!!!!!!

$8,200 for a mattress? That stopped my heart for a second there. Holy...crap. Does it clean the house and cook dinner too??

Again, if you find a cheaper flight with odd hours to/from Huntsville (like early or late), I live a mile from the airport so I'll be a shuttle and can entertain you in our humble abode! Carson will be there for the playing too  (Or crying..whatever).

We filed our taxes yesterday, I'm pleased with what we're getting back. We're going to buy another round of CD's with some of the money.

Wow yea, you don't want to Detour to Detroit!! That's going out of the way to come back.

I'm surprised we have direct flights to Detroit actually. Most of the time if we fly out of here, you have to fly to Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, or Nashville and connect to a 'big' flight to get anywhere.

I can't help but be jealous that I can't make it to the baby/shower get-together event in June. The baby is due in early June so there is no way I can travel . . . but I will be there in spirit :0). I also would really love to see baby Carson.

Kat, I am so happy she is coming home . . . thank goodness. It will be so much easier on everyone and she will feel better in her own environment.

I had a cat that "attempted" to sleep with me but I always had to put her out. She would purr and rub against my face and I would have the feel of cat hair stuck to my nose which I hated.

TracyinKS, Thank goodness for restriction . . . I am happy for you. I am really missing restriction right now and can't wait to get back there once again. Happy birthday as well!!!!

Have a great day, Vi's!!!

Just wait until next year after Carson has arrived. It will be the happiest tax season you have experienced so far.

I'm thinking I'll book this one asap if ya'll think it's ok timing wise... The price really is great... seeing as how nonstops were up to $700 at one point... I was pretty much resigned to doing 1-stop (Detroit) but this non is good!

Book it, Dan-o.... (or am I the only one old enough to remember that line?? sighhhhhhhhhh)

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
