Does anyone have independant health and what are their requirments?

I have them and was wondering the same thing. My dr's office told me that they don't require a diet and they do require a thyroid test to be done.

They also said you have to have a clearance letter and a referral to be seen.

thats all i know of as of right now.

I have independent healt in Buffalo and have been banded since June. I didnt have to do any 6 month diet or anything I just had to follow the plan by the hospital. I had mine done by Dr Hoffman at Buffalo general. It was pretty easy and simple they didnt make me do anything out of the ordinary. If you have anymore questions just ask
