The reason to wait a bit, btw, is because of hernias. Any exercise to the abdominal muscles too soon could strain them and cause an incisional hernia.

Man I was cheated!:regular_smile:I didn't allow my husband to touch me for 4 weeks. But I was told not to exercise for 6 weeks. I don't know ;)

In the information packet provided by my doctor's office, under FAQ, "When can I resume sexual activity?" A: "When you feel like it, but try to make sure the curtain on the hospital bed is pulled tight."

that is hillarious....!!!!

i think i waited around 10days - i had bad port pain & was uncomfortable sleeping let alone a little tickle, tickle.

; 4 weeks lol no wayoooooooooooooo

You know I got some making up to do. You know what they say you can burn some calories having good sex.

I barely made it a week :)
