I didn't think it would happen to me!

But it did- I puked or PB'ed or whatever. Horrible..

Now I have to be on liquids for 2 days according to my doctor.

I really thought I didn't have enough restriction yet and that it would only happen to people with more restriction!

At least now you know what it feels like and probably what you did (or didn't do) to cause it. I bet you will be less likely to whatever it was again. Take it as a learning experience and move on.

It has happened to me a couple of times. I have a hard time remembering to chew chew chew and take itty bitty bites. Also, one day something goes down fine, next day it doesn't. My band can be a little fickle.
