What does everyone do for a living?

I noticed a lot of you girl and guys are on during morning hours and less at night so im thinkin you all are at work. Im a stay at home mom and i redeliver newspapers to people who did not get them on the weekends...

I dont work right now as much because i have gotten to a point where i feel almost embarrassed to get a job. I have a hard time working in an office because i dont have the right clothing to wear and anything that looks office appropriate in my size is like 35 years older than me..;):D Well the benefits of seeing my daughter grow up right now are far greater than an office job so for now its ok, but i can be a sit on my azz mom forever....its time to get moving and get my career goin....

So anyway just curious what you all do for a living and basically just tryin to get a feel for you all.

p.s. i dont think ive ever used "you all" in a post so many times!!

I'm a Card program Specialist. We do card personalization for debit, atm and gift cards. So basically when you call to yel at your bank for your debit card no longer working - the bank called me.

I'm trying to get out and into the non-profit sector. Not sure doing what but something that has a little more substance than - Geee fed Ex didn't deliver your gift card cuz you put in a bad address... =)

Banded 3/20/06 -89lbs :)

An underwriter for an insurance (property and casualty, mostly auto/home) company. Great company/benefits and interesting but too much sitting a desk.

I am an insurance broker. I manage large commercial accounts. Small world KLO!

Okay, this is only my second day, but I'm loving this. *smile* Anyway, I'm the full time music director for my church. Roman Catholic all the way dude!!! I also teach private music lessons for piano, voice, guitar, and many many more things. I also play professionally for weddings and parties, and compose and arrange music. If there is someone out there with any similarities, I would love to hear from you.

OK, Crispygal & Klo, I am a commercial lines account manager (P&C Agents license). I have been in insurance since my senior year in high school. Now my daughter is in insurance. (Poor kid). We're STUCK!! Although, I do enjoy my job most of the time.

I am office manager for a private golf club - Arnold Palmers first design - now and then I get to meet someone cool - like Jack Hamm shook my hand just last month - I love my job, love my members and love being semi laid off in the winter! LOL also mother of 3 - almost done with that one - youngest is a junior in hs, oldest just married, middle in college

I am a Doctor of Naturopathy/Naturology with an interest in ethnobotany. Essentially...natural medicine. Several years ago I started on a journey to reverse my Multiple Sclerosis...I was not able to do much by then. Constant visits to the ER and unable to move most of my right side and severe cramping of my muscles. When the MD said I needed to start looking for a wheelchair, I rebeled!! I changed many things in my life...MInd, Body and Spirit and went back to school for my Doctorate. This summer I was able to go to the Amazon and to climb Macchu Picchu, not just do the more level part of it. Now I will work on losing weight with the help of the band.

I do not use any pharmaceuticals at all. This surgery will be an exception to my ideals because I see the band as a useful tool, and much safer than a bypass. If anyone ever has questions on how to live a better life through holistic ways...please do ask me! :D

I'm employed with one of the greatest shows on earth "I'm a ringmaster for ringling bros. and barnum and bailey circus!

Yeah, I wouldn't believe me either and no it's not true .. but dang it sounded pretty cool so I thought I'd try it. In reality I own and run a day care center which some do view as the circus and I'm the bag of nuts so maybe I am really a ringmaster of some sort, lol. I received my masters of Ed but had no desire to leave my children with someone else so I decided to become the "someone else" for others I'm also a medic with a private company but have recently cut my hours down and will slowly work out of that job. I've discovered theres only so many hours of a day and I always come up short. OK, *insert psycho smiley here* and that should pretty much sum up "me"

I am a retired special education teacher who does early intervention home visits with developmentally delay/deaf/autistic infants from birth to three years of age.
