String Cheese, tuna salad, egg salad, chicken salad, protein bars, scrambled eggs, taco salad. I don't like to cook so I will buy one of those chickens that's already cooked at Walmart. I can eat pieces of that for several days. I like the lemon pepper one the best. I can't remember who on here told me to dip it in spinach dip. I dip the breast in that because it's a little dry. That is very good.

yep the lemon pepper is the best now they have the garlic butter they gave me a sample one day it is moist and yummy but it is injected with butter so I will stay with the lemon

The garlic one tasted really salty to me so I gave it to my daughter and SIL

Don't forget--cottage cheese, walnuts are great so you get your omega 3's, yogurt, lowfat string cheese, all the meats, fish, tuna, crab, shrimp, flax is also good for your omega 3's.

Make a 1 egg omelett with 2% cheese mmmmmmmmmmyummy.

Try to change it up so you don't get sick of the same things.

I'm 5 weeks out and have lost 25lbs and going to have my first fill on August 8th. Take Care, Leah

I'm scheduled to have the band on Aug.5th and my BMI is higher than they want so in order to still have the band on the 5th I have to reduce my BMI by a great deal. What is the best way? I can't drink those protein shakes they are awful.

CRABMEAT!!!

It's an excellent Protein, it goes down easy and it's delicious. My doctor even recommended it. I make crab salad, crab cakes...... I don't think it's been added to the list.

Lamb chops. It's not as dense a meat as beef, and is not as high in fat. I grill mine. I love it. You can also make lentil stew with the left overs, which is also high in protein.

Hi ther i just found the neatest thing. You can get them at walmart or any grocery store. They are a regular size can of tuna salad. They have 6 or so flavors. like sundried tomato tuna salad and thai tuna salad, there filled with tuna and vegetables with a yummy sauce perfect can size for a meal with 17g of protein and low calories. They are really good too. i caught them on sale for 1.89! now thats a cheap lunch. They even have a little spoon and a napkin.:)
