ok im am in chicago this week on buissness but i did bring my bycycle with me, its in the hotel room right now. And i am planning on running some down here. Gosh so much cooler in GB

today -

3mile bike warm up

50min trainer session - all aerobic drills / squats / lunges & ladder climbing

20min stairmaster

see ya'll in Aug :biggrin:

past 2 days - nothing a bunch of running around though soooooo lots of walking lol

today - 2 mile brisk aerobic walk. WHEWW
