Hi All,

I will be making a grocery shopping trip in the nest week or so and I was wondering if anybody had any tips for things that are good for bandsters to buy which I can not get hre in Canada (which by the way is a lot of things with artificial sweetener) I am looking for things like crystal light (we do get that here) snack foods and any other suggestions.(nothing frozen)

Swansons chicken and beef broth. Boost or Ensure or something of the like...(the high protein variety). Hmmm...I'll post again when I think of something else.

Jello, Tropicana has some really good drinks out now too, the orange is really yummy. Sobe lean has some new good drinks too. Laughing cow cheese is a good one too.
