Question on juices?

I was banded on 4/29, and today juice sounded wonderful to me. So I bought a 100% fruit juice (I think Everfresh), and had some (not even half), and while it tasted great, my stomach has just been kinda flip flopping. Is it because of the sugars in it? Is there a certain type of juice that is better for banders? TIA!

I buy 100% juices and dilute them with a lot of water. I find it gives the water some flavour. I usually do 2 oz of juice and 8oz of water.

Since the natural sugar will be diluted also, it may feel better on your stomach

Even though it has calories when watered down, I think it is a better alternative for good health than bevvies containing artificial sweeteners.
