Sorry I have not been around girls---with my drains in, sitting upright was not a good feeling!

They come out yesterday morning, and Pat you are so right, I felt wonderful!!!!

Then come last night. I am on antibiotics for preventative measures, and them combined with my tight compression led to a bout of reflux. Right into my lungs--I woke up in a full blow panic, choking for air, and coughing is to say the very least extremely painful, let alone coughing for hours on end. I spent the night choking, coughing, crying and repeat---------absolute misery!

When I saw the Dr. yesterday he was telling me about a surgery he was doing today in Albq. so he is unavailable------I have been in touch with my PCP-------but nothing is helping much.

My belly button is aching like no other!

I will be back to share some pics and hopefully an improving scenario soon.......for now I am going to go try to get warm, and relax, to avoid coughing.

Hugs--and thanks for the continued good wishes my friends!!

Kat

Kat, I'm so sorry you're having such a rough time, ugh! I haven't had any pains with the new belly button, but believe it or not, I'm still tender, not painfully so, but tender where the Lipo was done.

Hugs girlie.

Diane, sorry I missed the call, I was selling raffle tickets at a fund raiser for the House of Delegates, at his golf tournament. We had lots of fun and wonderful food, lots of seafood, even soft-shell crabs.

Jetti, you're looking so good.

Sherry, I was in a slump with wl for over a year, then dropped quite a bit before the Tummy Tuck. It will happen.

Hugs girlies, going to bed.

Nity nite!

Good Morning Y'all!

It's Friday! Yeah! While it was a short week, it seems like it has been two weeks long for me.

Kat - Sorry you are feeling so bad, hopefully you are better today. Hugs!

Diane - No, I am not used to my laptop yet, but then I haven't had a lot of time to spend on it. Most of it is just me leaving my cursor somewhere and not realizing I am doing something I didn't mean to do. But I love the idea I can carry it outside and work with it. I don't have to stay put in one place.

Pat - You need to post a few more pictures now that it has been a while.

Sherry - Hang in there, sooner or later you will start losing again.

Eileen - Are you in that pool yet?

Mandy - Have you been out riding your bike?

I know I am missing some but my clock says run do not walk to the shower. Work calls and I have to go.

Catch you all later!

Good Morning Y"all!

I'm up an at it early this morning, it's going to be hot and I want to get some things done before the heat sets in.

I was up late, and then didn't sleep good so it's going to be a challenge for sure.

What's everyone doing today?

Jessica you are doing so great with your wl!

Kat - Glad you are doing better!

Well, going to get moving!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
