What is the most you've ever weighed? The least?

Recommended Posts

The most I've ever weighed (that I can prove!) is 330. I think I probably went above that by ten pounds or so at one point but I refused to get on the scale and find out for fear of flinging myself off the nearest high building.

The least I've ever weighed as an adult is 232. I weighed 250 when I graduated high school so I've always been fat. If I can get to 231 pounds in this journey at least I'll weigh the least I've ever weighed in my adult life.

What about you?

My highest (with proof) is 298. Like you, I'm sure I tipped over that by about 10-15 pounds at some point, but never weighed myself.

The lowest as an adult, I don't know. I know I was in size 20-22 jeans after high school, but I'm not sure. I would guess around 220/230.

I can't wait to be less than 200 - It's been so long.

Gloucester, you are so close to the 100s! I'm thrilled for you! I see that you currently weigh what I weighed at my smallest. I felt so small then!

256 the day I joined WW in August of last year. That's about 20lbs more than I ever was 9 months pregnant. Nice.

I think I weighed in the 130s in the first bits of high school, but the least I've ever weighed as a grown up was 147. At 147 I looked like a dinosaur because I have an unusually large head. Big head - small body = not a good look.

Highest 295, right after thanksgiving and before my band. My initial weight in before getting the band I was at 284 and my weight ticker starts at 284. My lowest? 143.5. I was 17.

My highest weight was at my pre-op appointment on 2/20. I was 350 lbs.

Lowest? Well, I weighed about 180 when I graduated from high school almost 12 years ago. I've gained steadily since, putting on weight in 20-30 lb spurts every few months. When I had my youngest child 5 years ago, I weighed 270 so I gained quite a bit in the last 5 years.

The highest recorded is 328. I may have been more at some point, not sure. I got down to 260 a couple of years ago, but gained it all back. I think it will be a milestone when I get below that. I weighed 240 when I was 16. I think I may have been lower at some point during my adult life, but I don't remember. I don't think I've been under 200 in a long, long time.

Now see Gibson!!! This is why we need you to stick with us - even if you get stuck in a plateau. You come up with the most creative and funny threads.

My highest was the horrifying 287 on my surgeon's scale on January 7, 2008. My lowest was 145 in my young adulthood. I was actually fairly normal sized until my first pregnancy. Goodness, those kids made me chubby! Luckily they're so cute I've forgiven them for what they did to my body!!

(who am I kidding.... the blame should fall more on macaroni and cheese, and Cherry Garcia ice cream than on my kids)

Well... let's see...

My highest "recorded" weight is 315. I know I lost about 15 pounds before getting the nerve to actually step on a scale. This was about 3+ years ago. I lost under the 300# mark quickly down to about 275-285 and stayed there for a few years. That is why I chose to get a Lap-Band because I have so much trouble with Portion Control.< /p>

My lowest was in HS, as I used to almost kill myself to stay thin. I was always yo-yo'ing between 135 and 150. Right after graduation the pounds starting creeping up and I stopped weighing myself (often). I must have gained about 85 to 100 pounds at that time, as I was 235.

Then I got married - and gained *alot*!! Another near 100 pounds! Augh!! Well, thanks to my new my new healthy attitude and band friend, all that will change

Well, my highest recorded weight is 252 (before my pre-op diet), and I'm only 5'2" . . . so ugh! My lowest adult weight was in the 140's (my early 20's, when I was in college . . . I've never been a thin person). When I got married, I was 152 . . . 16 years ago, so that's my goal weight! One hundred pounds needs to go. I told my hubby he was gonna get the lady he married back! :) Plus that's when I felt my best . . . I'm gonna try hard to get there!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
