I have been a member for 2 years. It is a great start. I am cancelling my membership this week because I have joined the YMCA. I lost a lot even before surgery going to Curves. You get what you put into it. The support is great too. I was ready for more of a challenge after 2 years, just did my first workout with a trainer today at the Y and she was amazed at how fit I was and I contribute that to Curves!
