I am so glad you are doing well. I have been thinking about you!!

WOW! You look great! Just hang in there with that temp. You're in the right place with the right folks to be watching over you right now. Just relax and heal. :-)

Tylenol took care of the fever a bit... still up a little, but not horrid

took pain meds about 11, will take more in about half hour so I can be knocked out for a bit.

no idea how I'm going to get up at home in my bed.

really nervous about that

my appetite has left... yay! I had about 4-5 bites of Pasta and a whole salad.. guess I'm glad I got my unfill cause I feel a tad tight.

my fingers look like I am back up to 400 pounds. my 'big' wedding ring won't even slipon. :cool2: finger feels naked

trying to drink as much as possible..

ok tired. later

The best thing you can do for yourself right now LJM is rest - I am not good at taking my own advice, but know that it is true . . .

You will feel better each day!

I have found if I roll onto my side and push with a leg, that is the easiest way to get myself up, at least for now.

Take care ~

LJM... Wow, you look great! Congratulations... you DID it! Hope you're feeling better, rested and home soon!

Be well.

Sheri

Glad your continuing to do well. I wish I had my lap-top at the hospital. I got real bored in there for 4 days.

The swelling is all over. It gets better, I promise

I hadn't seen you post over on makemeheal. i hope its ok, I told them things went well and you would post when you were up to it. I posted in the February thread.

Christine!!!! Look at you, walking and looking AWESOME for fresh post-op!!!

Take care of yourself, do LOTS of those deep-breathing exercises and make SURE you use the incentive spirometer, k?

very gentle hugs to you, take care lambchop!

I took a shower before I left the surg center ... felt great

now im just sleepy

DH is picking up some bansnss to get things 'moving' again.. hope that works.

sooooo sleepy. walked a lot hoday.

will check in later

LJM, please please keep doing some deep breathing exercises, and if they sent that machine thingy with you, USE IT! You are still at risk for pneumonia and since your pulse ox kept being a problem, you are at a bit higher of a risk. Stay on top of things.

Glad to hear you are home. Another suggestion for getting things "moving" again is to get some Gerber baby prune apple juice, works GREAT and tastes quite good, too. Not at all like regular prune juice-ick!
