Anyone used Dr. Sewell, DFW, Texas

I am looking for anyone who has used Dr. Sewell in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area in Texas. Or, if you can refer another doctor, that would be great. If so, please tell me what you liked about your doctor in this area, and what the pre and post care involved. I have heard that the post care varies a lot and is important. I am just beginning the process and about the tackle the insurance approval.
